How to make bath bombs
To make bath bombs we have to combine dry and wet ingredients with great care because a few ingredients like acids can react with each other.
Ingredients
Half cup of cornstarch.
1 cup of baking soda.
Calf cup of citric acid.
1 teaspoon of mica powder (optional).
Half cup of salt.
1 tablespoon of orange peel.
10 drops of essential oil.
2.5 tablespoons of liquid coconut oil.
1 tablespoon of water.

Preparation
Take a deep bowl and pour all the dry ingredients into it and mix well. In these orange refreshing bath bombs, you have to add orange- golden mica powder to refresh your morning with bright glittery color.
Now in another container, add coconut oil, essential oil, and water and shake well.
Now combine little by little wet ingredients into dry ingredients carefully and make moisture sand like powder mixture.
You can also add chopped dried orange peels and start filling them into molds.
Fill the mold with the sand-like mixture and press well so that they can combine well.
Now let them dry for 24 hours.
Citrus bath bombs
Ingredients for 4 small bath bombs:
80 g of baking soda
1 tablespoon of citric acid
4 drops of grapefruit essential oil
4 drops of lemon essential oil
1 drop of lime essential oil
One drop of rosemary essential oil
1 tbsp of shredded dried calendula petals
Few drops of carrot oil (optional)
Few drops of avocado oil (optional)
Preparation
In these citrus refreshing bath bombs, you have to add grapefruit, lemon, and lime essential oils that give you moisture of vitamin C goodness.
Take a deep bowl and pour all the dry ingredients into it and mix well.
Now in another container, add essential oils and water and shake well.
Now combine little by little wet ingredients into dry ingredients carefully and make moisture sand like powder mixture.

Salt bath bombs

Just add salt to two different bowls and add different colors of dye and mix.
Now dry the ingredients that we are using, citric acid, baking soda and starch, and mix well.
Add liquid ingredients, essential oils in water, and a little touch of vegetable oil, and shake well.
Now it’s assembly time, when you have a homogenous mass add colored salt.
So, now start making shapes by putting them in a mold and pressing them so they can easily get mold shape.
Now let them dry.
Milk cocoa butter bath bombs
1 cup baking soda
1 cup powdered citric acid
Half cup cornstarch
Quarter cup salts
Quarter cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cocoa butter, melted
witch hazel
Water
Essential oils (up to 6 or 10 drops)
Mica powder
Instructions
Take two bowls and in the first bowl add all the powder ingredients and liquid ingredients to the other bowl and mix well.
Now it’s assembly time for both types of ingredients so mix well and make a homogenous mass and put them in your favorite shape mold and rest for 24 hours in a cool and dry dark place and let them dry.
Honey and rose bath bombs
1 cup baking soda
1 cup powdered citric acid
Half cup cornstarch
A quarter cup of honey
Quarter cup dried rose petals
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
Water
Essential oils (up to 6 or 10 drops)
Mica powder
Instruction
Mix all the powder ingredients and then add liquid ingredients like essential oils, water and honey and mix to get h lumps free homogeneous mass.
Now add dried rose petals and mix and start filling in molds by compressing with a spoon.
Let them dry.
How to store
You can store the bath bombs in an airtight jar for up to 6 months and just throw it whenever you want to take a bath.and see magic.
You can wrap them in fancy packets and gift them to your loved ones.
Tips while making bath bombs
While making bath bombs you have to work with citric acid, baking powder that are finely powders can harm your hands so use hand gloves and face mask while working on bath bombs to avoid any injury or other harm.
Try to work in ventilated room but don’t have dust particles that can contaminate in your bath bombs ingredients.
Don’t add too much water or liquid ingredients to make perfect bath bombs. If you add more powder ingredients so it can not be set in shape when you remove the mold and still remain in powder condition so you can balance it by adding liquid ingredients, essential oils etc. Or if you add more liquid ingredients so they start reacting and start bubbling appearance so you can manage it by adding powder ingredients citric acid and baking powder.
You can use different types of molds like circle, rectangular, cup cake shape, or other that you like.
When you start putting the homogeneous mass in the mold keep in mind that it should not be too dry.
