1. Stress less – stress less

Tip: It helps if you inhale and exhale deeply from time to time. When you are under a lot of stress, you often only breathe into your chest. Give your organism a break by consciously counting to 4 when you inhale and 6 when you exhale.
2. Take a cold shower

3. Just doing nothing
Now and then, incorporate rest breaks into your day. In our world with constant noise, it is perfect for the body and mind to switch off the cell phone for a short time, read, drink tea in peace, or lie in a deck chair. Enjoy the sweet idleness in between. Then you have more of the day.
4. Eat a healthy snack to increase your energy levels

5. Start a conversation
