Recipe no 1 to cook Cabbage

Cabbage with mince

Ingredients

Cabbage 1 flower

Onion 1 big size

Oil 3-4 tablespoon

Mince (chicken/lamb)

Salt ( to taste)

Black pepper

Soya sauce

Water ( quarter cup)

Method 

Step 1

First, rinse the Cabbage well and cut it into thin slices. Take a non-stick pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil and chopped onion. Saute onion for 5 minutes and mix the mince in it. Add 1 tablespoon soya sauce, half teaspoon black pepper, and salt to taste. Stir it until the mince is cooked. Now remove the mince from the pan and keep it aside. 

Step 2

Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil, then add sliced Cabbage. Now pour a quarter cup of water in it and cover it with a lid until the Cabbage becomes soft. When Cabbage is soft, mix it with the mince and serve it.

Steamed Cabbage

Ingredients

½ green Cabbage

Salt

Pepper

Butter

Method to cook Cabbage

Rince the Cabbage well and cut it into pieces now put it in a steamer but remember to keep the cut side down. Now steam it for 6-7 minutes. After the 7 minutes have passed, flip the cabbage pieces and steam for 6-7 minutes more. After the Cabbage is ready, butter it lightly and sprinkle salt and pepper on it. You can also sprinkle chopped coriander on it to increase its taste.

Spicy Cabbage

Ingredients to cook Cabbage

1 onion sliced

2 tomato sliced

Salt to taste

Green peas/Carrot (optional)

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp Whole spices powder

One tsp red chili powder

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp cumin seeds

One tsp coriander powder

Garlic 5 cloves (chopped)

½ Cabbage shredded

Coriander leaves

3 tsp oil

Step 1

First of all, rinse the Cabbage well, then cut it into thin slices since it contains a lot of dust on it. Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, and onion, saute it until it turns golden in color. Then add turmeric powder, whole spices powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix it and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 2 to cook Cabbage

INext, add sliced tomatoes and cover it with a lid until the tomato becomes soft.
