He forced me to have lunch with him and I agreed. Before having lunch, he served me a bowl of soup. In the beginning, I was surprised after seeing the soup because its color didn’t match the one I know. Then I tasted that soup and I was like I had never tasted a more delicious soup before. The taste of the tomatoes was amazing. I requested my friend to note the recipe for soup for me on the paper. So, I also tried that soup with the same recipe by own and it was the same like the one which I tasted at my friend’s house.
I think that I should share that recipe with you guys so that you can also try the tomato soup. The good thing about this soup is that you don’t need a lot of ingredients. 3 to 4 ingredients are enough to make tasty tomato soup. Step by step guide for tomato soup is discussed below.
- The very first step is to cook tomatoes. For this, you have to melt the butter in the pot and then add bay leaves in the pot and fry them with the butter for a few seconds.
- After that add 1.5 tablespoons of chopped garlic and onion to the same pot and stir the mixture.
- After that add tomatoes to it and add salt according to your need. Cover the pot with the lid and wait for 10 minutes until the tomatoes get soft.
- You have to keep an eye on the pot, if the mixture starts to get dry then add some water to it.
- After softening the tomatoes, remove the pot from the fire, cool them, and remove bay leaves also.
- Now you have to blend the mixture in a blender.
- After that the mixture becomes thick. Pour the mixture into a pot and add some water to it.
- Now add one spoon of sugar and heat the mixture on the low flame.
- Now it’s time to add some crushed black pepper to make it tasty.
- To make it creamy, add some cream after removing it from the fire.
- For coating, you have to make bread croutons.
