- Full fat milk 1 liter
- Lemon or vinegar 1 tablespoon vinegar or 1 lemon
- Milk powder 2 tablespoon
- Icing sugar 1 tablespoon

First of all, take one-liter milk and boil it. Then add one tablespoon of vinegar to it and wait for the milk to turn sour. Then take a cheesecloth or strainer and strain the milk in it. You will get cheese from this sour milk. Pour water on the cheese, again and again, to finish the sourness of the cheese. Remove all the water from the cheese.
