Anaphylaxis is known to be nothing but some allergic reaction or shock in dogs. The immune system causes this allergic reaction in response to the triggering substance. This reaction in dogs can largely vary following symptoms and strength. If something enters a dog’s body and identifies it as dangerous, the body releases histamines and several other inflammatory chemicals to counter the infection. This is what causes the allergic reaction.
Allergic reactions can either be a localized response or they can also be a generalized systematic failure that may involve several major organs of the body. Symptoms of Anaphylaxis

Types of Allergic Reactions

- Systematic Allergic Reaction
This kind of allergic reaction affects various major organs and systems in the body. It can either develop immediately, or it may take can few hours. If your dog comes in contact with an allergen, it can cause systematic allergic reactions. Once the body recognizes the allergen, it starts reacting to it violently. Such allergic shock can even result in death if immediate medical treatment is not provided.
