➢ Capsicum 

julienne half cup

 Cabbage one cup

 Pasta 100 grams 

 Potato 1 large 

 White pepper powder half teaspoon

 Black pepper crushed 1 tablespoon

A salt half teaspoon or to taste

Soya sauce one and a half tablespoon

 Hot sauce one a half tablespoon

 Vinegar 

one a half tablespoon

➢ Cumin 1 teaspoon

➢ First, take some water in a cooking pot and boil it Vegetarian pasta recipes. It is good to take the stainless steel pot to cook pasta, but it is unnecessary. We can handle any bank which is used for normal cooking. 

➢ Add one tablespoon of oil and a little salt to the water. When water starts boiling, add the pasta 100 mgs. Cook it for at least ten minutes until the pasta gets boiled.

➢ Now take the pasta from water and use a sieve to dry it completely. Drizzle one tablespoon of oil over the pasta to prevent it from sticking together.

➢ Now add carrot, capsicum, cabbage and mix it well. Cover the pan and stir fry them for at least two minutes. Keep on checking that vegetables don’t get burned. Just cook them for two minutes.

➢ When vegetables get fried, add boiled spaghetti, half teaspoon of white pepper powder, one tablespoon of crushed black pepper, salt to taste, soya sauce, hot sauce, and vinegar and mix it well. 

➢ Now cover the pan for two minutes, and here the pasta is ready to eat and serve.

There are different ways of making vegetable pasta. Some people who only love vegetables only add vegetables, but some non-veg people love to add chicken and meat. It’s not difficult to do that.
