How To Make Homemade Almond Milk

  1. To prepare Homemade Almond Milks, take the almonds and pour them into a tall, narrow container. Add the sugar and 100-150 ml of water at room temperature. Using an immersion blender, finely chop the almonds, working little by little to avoid overheating the almond mixture until you get a white liquid.
  2. Take a colander and place it in a bowl of about the same size. Cover the colander with a clean cloth and pour in the almond mash, gradually adding the remaining water, letting it filter slowly. Once you have finished filtering all the water, you will have obtained your Homemade Almonds Milk!

You can prepare your homemade Almonds Milk with Peeled Almonds by toasting them before blending them to enhance their aroma.
